1. No cancellation and refund allowed after placing an order. 

2. Most of the products are pre-orders unless stated or in the onhands category. 

3. For now, Gcash is the only payment option available.

5. Read product description to avoid confusion. 

6. All packages are insured via J&T Express and Gogo Express. Your orders will be packed securely. Problems with the shipping courier will not be my fault. 

7. Send your proof of payment to our email with your order number as the subject. Failure to do this step will result to your order getting cancelled. Once your payment has been recognized by us, you will receive an email of confirmation.
